Ashleigh Roseberry
Hospital Operations Manager
Ashleigh Roseberry brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership and operational experience. Throughout her career, she has led teams and programs across a variety of healthcare settings, with a focus on creating efficient, patient-centered environments and supporting exceptional experiences for patients and their families.
She is an operations-focused healthcare leader with experience spanning patient advocacy, ethics, patient and family engagement, surgical program management, and large-scale facility operations. Ashleigh previously managed a specialized surgical program, one of only five of its kind in the state of Florida, spanning five hospital campuses. She also served as a Patient Advocate, a member of the Ethics Committee, and co-chaired the Patient and Family Advisory Committee. Most recently, she provided facility operations oversight for 13 buildings encompassing more than one million square feet. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to listening to patients, improving systems, and ensuring that patients’ voices remain at the center of healthcare decisions. Ashleigh has always believed in whole-person health and is excited to bring that philosophy to Jacksonville ER & Hospital, where she will focus on building a team that delivers compassionate, seamless care from the very first point of contact.
Outside of work, Ashleigh is married and a proud mother of two children who are both active in the arts. Her son plays classical guitar, while her daughter is involved in visual arts with a focus on photography. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Ashleigh has deep roots in the community and enjoys visiting museums, attending the theater, supporting local musicians, and discovering Jacksonville’s local restaurants.
